Will my clients see Apogee anywhere?
Your clients see your name, logo and colours throughout the app. Your app starts at yourname.apogee.coach. Connect your own domain, such as app.yourgym.co.uk, and your own email address, and Apogee disappears from both. The only other mention of Apogee is a legal line in the privacy notice naming the data processor.
Data and privacy
Who controls my client data?
You do. You are the data controller and Apogee is the processor. Every coach has a data processing agreement with us.
Where is data kept?
In the UK or EU. It is encrypted and backed up daily.
Who can see health information?
Only you and the client. Our AI never sees medical forms.
Is client data used to train AI?
No. Nothing is used to train outside AI models.
What about UK GDPR?
Apogee is designed around UK GDPR.
Payments and direct debits
How do clients pay?
Monthly packages default to direct debit, with card as the alternative. Payments go through Stripe.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. Apogee never holds your money.
Classes and waiting lists
How do waiting lists work?
When a place frees up, it is offered to the next member in the queue. They have a set time to accept, two hours by default and shorter close to the class, before it moves to the next person.
Moving from another system
Can I bring my clients across?
Yes. Import your clients and class members in one go from a spreadsheet. Each of them receives an invite in your brand.
Cancelling
Can I cancel?
Yes. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time.
Is there a free trial?
No. The demo is there so you can see everything first, as a coach and as a client.
